In Love with Tuna Pasta at Bakerzin

Selain di Jakarta, Bakerzin juga ada cabang di Gading Serpong yang terletak di Downtown Walk 2 lantai GF Summarecon Mall Serpong (SMS). Dari luar tempatnya terlihat seperti bakery karena ada banyak roti yang dipajang dan tertata rapi di sana. Restonya tidak terlalu besar, tapi dekorasi interior berkonsep dessert cafecasual dining, minimalis modern didominasi warna warm dan penerangan yang remang membuat suasana di dalam terasa homey. Area makan indoor mejanya kecil-kecil untuk 2-4 orang, sedangkan area makan outdoor (smoking area) bisa muat banyak.

Awalnya Daniel Tay, seorang pastry chef memfokuskan diri pada menu desserts namun sekarang berkembang ke menu entrees dan main course yang juga tidak kalah menggiurkan. Mulai dari soup & salads, sandwiches, pasta, meat and rice, plus a lot of tempting desserts to try. 

  • Piccata Pasta, IDR 57.500Berhubung pasta jenis fettuccine saat itu tidak ada, akhirnya pasta diganti dengan jenis linguini. Tidak jauh berbeda, hanya saja tekstur pasta linguini panjang dan pipih seperti kwetiaw, sedangkan fettuccine itu agak tebal teksturnya. Porsinya tidak terlalu banyak, saus tomat dalam pasta tidak terlalu manis, dan tercium harum aroma paprika dan bawang putih, disajikan dengan telur dadar di atasnya.

 

 

 

  • Tuna Pasta, must try! IDR 57.500
    Menu yang ini wajib dicoba di Bakerzin! Meskipun jenis pasta diganti dengan linguini, tapi rasanya tetap enak sekali. Banyak daging tuna dan ebi kering yang garing di dalamnya. Meskipun tidak terlalu pedas, tapi pedasnya enak sekali, gurih dan wangi masakannya. Padahal aku bukan pecinta makanan pedas, tapi khusus Tuna Pasta ini, aku bisa makan sampai ingin nambah lagi. It’s the best Tuna Pasta I’ve ever had! And for your information, ternyata ini adalah menu spesial dari Bakerzin cooking competition winner, chef Yong Kian Eik. Cool!

     

 

  • Ice Lychee Mint, IDR 32.500 
    Inilah salah satu minuman favorit di Bakerzin. Porsinya memang tidak banyak, namun rasanya betul-betul menyegarkan. Dibuat dari kombinasi buah lychee dan daun minttotally love this one!

     

 

Overall, I really had a nice dine-in experience in Bakerzin! Tempatnya nyaman sekali, cocok untuk santai dengan pasangan atau teman-teman maupun meeting dengan client.
