Pasta Cooking Class with Bakerzin & Groupon Disdus

Yeaaay, kali ini aku mendapat undangan Pasta Cooking Class untuk membuat Penne Minced Chicken with Cheese yang diadakan di Bakerzin Central Park, Jakarta. Sebagai seorang food blogger, tentu saja aku senang sekali bisa mendapat undangan seperti ini yang berbeda dari undangan food tasting biasanya. Jam 9 pagi lewat sedikit aku sudah standby di sana dan aku sebagai orang kedua yang tiba di lokasi. Sambil menunggu alat demo masak dipersiapkan oleh team Bakerzin, aku pun menyicip hidangan cakes beserta kopi dan teh yang sudah disiapkan.

Sekitar jam 10 lewat beberapa menit peserta undangan sudah terkumpul semua dan acara cooking class pun dimulai. Total jumlah peserta ada sebanyak 25 orang dan semuanya ini terbagi dalam 5 grup. Menu yang diajarkan ternyata bukan hanya Penne Minced Chicken with Cheese, tapi juga diajarkan cara membuat dessert lezat Raspberry Panna Cotta. Yeaaaay~

Yang sudah penasaran dengan resepnya, yuk disimak step by step nya di bawah ini…

RECIPE : Penne Minced Chicken with Cheese

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak olive oil dan tumis bawang bombai hingga harum

2. Masukkan daging ayam cincang (atau bisa diganti sesuai selera) dan tumis sampai daging berubah warna

3. Tambahkan 120 ml kaldu ayam dan 160 ml krim masak, aduk cepat sampai rata

4. Tambahkan lada dan garam secukupnya

5. Masukkan 160 gr Penne yang sudah direbus terlebih dahulu, aduk rata

6. Tambahkan Parmesan Cheese dan aduk sampai kuahnya mengental

7. Angkat dan tambahkan Mozzarella Cheese di atasnya, kemudian bakar dengan gun fire sampai keju ini meleleh (jangan terlalu lama)

Sedangkan untuk dessert Raspberry Panna Cotta, kami hanya dapat melihat proses cara membuatnya yang didemokan oleh chef saat itu. Prosesnya pun cukup mudah, sama seperti membuat Pasta di atas, hanya dalam kurang lebih 5 menit saja menu sudah siap disajikan. Awesome!

Setelah demo membuat dessert ini selesai, masing-masing peserta mendapat sebuah Raspberry Panna Cotta yang sudah siap dimakan. Rasanya enak sekali tapi sayangnya menurutku tekstur panna cotta ini belum set jadi, terlalu lunak hampir seperti makan bubur. But overall the taste is great, specially for the Raspberry sauce on it.
