Bakerzin Jakarta yang dikenal sebagai restoran berkonsep Dessert Cafe Casual Dining baru saja meluncurkan Trownies (Tart Brownies). Dengan mengusung tema 4 musim, Bakerzin berkomitmen untuk menyajikan dessert-dessert inovatif di setiap musimnya. Seperti Summer Fun Dessert kali ini yang diawali dengan Trownies (Tart Brownies) yang diinspirasi dari suasana ceria, fresh, dan serunya petualangan pada musim panas ini. Meskipun ada unsur brownies, Trownies memiliki tekstur yang berbeda. Bila brownies pada umumnya memiliki tekstur heavy sponge seperti pound cake, Trownies memiliki tekstur yang lebih crunchy dan kaya rasa. Trownies mempunyai tart base pada bagian bawahnya, dengan brownies paste filling yang lebih moist, dan cream cheese yang menjadi topping di atas masing-masing dessert ini menghasilkan perpaduan rasa yang unik, gurih, manis dan renyah teksturnya.
