Enmaru Restaurant were so generous in serving us with lots of food. This Weekend Brunch is identical to “All You Can Eat” menu. Here in Enmaru, they don’t serve food in buffet style like what we usually found in many hotels, but must be ordered one at a time to the waiter in a la carte style to preserve freshness and maintain a sense of delicacy of each menu. Yup, because it’s an All You Can Eat Brunch promotion, we can order whatever menu that is listed on the Special Weekend Brunch menu as much as we want. Yeay!

Foie Gras Chawan Mushi (IDR 58K for a la carte)

This Foie Gras Chawanmushi at Enmaru is ridiculously SUPER DELICIOUS! It is the BEST chawanmushi I’ve ever had, and I’m still impressed with it. Steamed egg custard, which has a very smooth and rich taste with a tiny bit of duck liver. The taste of the foie gras in this one is so flavorful. Though the size was pretty small, but trust me, it’s worth the price! A must try!

Zensai 5 Kind Moriawase (IDR 98K a la carte)

Here is a chef’s selection assorted 5 kinds of Japanese appetizer. The presentation was beautiful, and the combination depends on what seafood is fresh and in season.

Maguro Cream Cheese Wasabi Ae (IDR 58K a la carte)

Another cold appetizer which becomes my other favorite. I can feel the freshness of the diced cut tuna mixed with cream cheese and wasabi dressing. Simple yet delicious! A must try!

Thin sliced seared and chilled Wagyu tenderloin with mixed salad and spicy Japanese citrus sauce is also something that you shouldn’t miss. Recommended!

Shake and Maguro Sashimi – first version

A combination of fresh Salmon and Tuna in a very nice presentation. Fatty and rich from the Salmon, while Tuna is clean and lean. Totally in love with the freshness of both fish. Recommended!

Shake and Maguro Sashimi – second version

Here is the same menu with the above, but in a different presentation. The executive Chef of Enmaru, Takashi Tomie, took the initiative to present this because there was a little girl on our table. There is a box where filled with fresh salmon and tuna, and you can see the cute little fish and turtle underneath the first box. Too cute!

Deep fried salmon skin, salmon and cucumber roll served with crunchy tempura crumbs goodness on top (8 pics). It tastes a little bit spicy. Recommended!

Ikasumi Roll (IDR 88K a la carte – 8 pcs)

If you want something different for your sushi, you might want to try Ikasumi Roll. Squid ink rolled rice with cream cheese and deep fried chicken topping. It tastes so good and as a bonus, it turns your tongue, lips or teeth black. 😀

Tori Momo Negi (IDR 48K a la carte)

I love Yakitori! Enmaru has lots of kushiyaki to choose. One of them is grilled chicken skewers with chopped leek, served 2 pcs per portion. It may look simple, but tastes so delicious! Juicy and flavorsome meat from the thigh. A must try!

Stir-fried Wagyu beef with vegetables can be a good option if you need a little bit variations besides salmon and tuna. A classic Japanese dish which easily becomes everyone’s favorites.

Buta Kakuni & Potato An (IDR 128K a la carte) – Non Halal

Meat lovers will go crazy for this menu. Braised pork belly with soy sauce and sugar, topped with mashed potato. I love the taste of this Buta Kakuni, very tender, and full of flavor. It was perfectly seasoned, not too salty or sweet! A must try!

Salad Ramen

Salad Ramen is new to me, but I enjoyed it. Cold ramen served with fresh vegetables and sweet chilli sauce. A little bit spicy mayonnaise sauce on it and a mouth watering egg yolk on top of it makes it more flavorful. Recommended!

Ice Cream Zensai “Kuro Goma” (IDR 28K a la carte)

If you want something light and simple for the dessert, try Kuro Goma Ice Cream. A very refreshing black sesame Ice Cream which has a unique nutty toasty flavor. Love it! It’s also available in Maccha and Red Bean flavors.

Houjicha Brulee (IDR 48K a la carte)

Here is a creamy creme brulee flavored with Japanese roasted green tea. I loved the sweet roasted aroma when it was served on the table. The roasted taste of Houjicha pairs beautifully with the vanilla. I could mostly just taste the Hojicha, but something sweet comes from the caramelized sugar on top of it makes it delicious!

Baked Yuzu Cheese Cake

Baked Japanese Cheese Cake with Yuzu sauce is something else you don’t want to miss for the dessert part. It’s not just beautiful in presentation, but also has a light and fluffy textures, and moist enough. It was served with some fresh fruits and diced jelly on the side. My favorite!
