[RECIPE] Dory Fish Salad with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce

Untuk makan malam tadi, aku membuat satu lagi kreasi menu Salad yang aku namakan Dory Fish Salad with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce. Mungkin sedikit mirip dengan penyajian menu Salad yang pernah aku buat empat hari lalu, yaitu pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2014; Colorful Fruity Mix Salad –> lihat di sini. Bila waktu lalu aku menggunakan aneka macam seasonal fruits sebagai topping Salad, dan Olive Oil yang dipadukan dengan French dressing; kali ini aku mencampurkan beberapa bahan untuk membuat Salad Dressing yang berbeda. Bahan yang digunakan juga masih sederhana, cukup menyediakan sayuran segar, ikan Dori fillet dan beberapa potong buah Mangga segar. Resep ini bisa untuk 3 orang. Tentunya mudah, sehat dan mengenyangkan! Yuk dicoba di rumah.. 🙂

Dory Fish Salad with Sweet Chili Lime Sauce by Mullie Marlina

Cara Membuat:

  1. Siapkan 1 ikat sayuran Selada segar, cuci bersih, kemudian potong menjadi bagian-bagian kecil (ukuran sesuaikan sendiri, tergantung selera).
  2. Cuci bersih ikan Dori fillet, lalu beri taburan garam dan lada sedikit saja untuk seasoning di atas badan ikan.
  3. Potong ikan fillet menjadi kotak kecil (sesuai selera), kemudian letakkan di atas frying pan dengan api sedang selama 2 menit di masing-masing sisi ikan (atau sampai ikan matang).
  4. Tata sayuran segar yang telah dipotong di atas piring makan.
  5. Letakkan ikan dori yang telah matang di atas sayuran.
  6. Taburi dengan potongan buah mangga segar dan irisan cabe merah di sekeliling sayuran.
  7. Bisa juga tambahkan buah tomat kecil di sekeliling sayuran.
  8. Untuk Dressing Salad: campurkan 4 sdm Cabe Asam Manis ala Thailand (Sweet Chili) + 1 sdm sari jeruk lemon + 2 sdt minyak wijen + 3 sdm air mineral + 2 sdm olive oil. Aduk rata dan tuangkan ke atas Salad sebagai dressingnya.
