[KULINER BALI] WAHAHA Pork Ribs Full Slab at Seminyak, Bali

We heard that WAHAHA is the best Pork Ribs in Bali. So, we decided to visit this restaurant located on Sunset Road, Seminyak, Bali before flying back to Jakarta. It’s easy to find this restaurant because there is a big signboard with red neon colors outside the restaurant. Not only the parking lot, but the dining area is also very spacious, divided into a non-smoking area (indoor) and smoking area (outdoor). The garden’s beautifully decorated with colorful lanterns at the outdoor seats. Looks nice and romantic! There is no fancy decoration inside the restaurant, but the big and cute pig image in the middle of the restaurant really attract my attention. We’re so excited that night because we’ve been craving to eat pork ribs while we’re in Bali, so let’s give WAHAHA a visit! You can scroll down to find out more!  😀

So this is what we had for dinner that night, a pretty big portion of their famous Pork Ribs. The whole rack of meat was well marinated in top-secret seasonings, glazed in a flavorful BBQ sauce and fire-grilled to perfection. It is served with a choice of french fries or rice, and topped with crispy onion rings. It’s undeniable; the pork ribs were juicy and so tender, plus the BBQ sauce had a nice balance of sweet and savory that got us addicted to it. It was finger licking good!

I’ve heard there’s a contradiction between WAHAHA and Naughty Nuri‘s in Bali, which one is the best pork ribs between these two? We haven’t tried the Nuri’s in Bali, yet we’ve tried the one that opened in PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk), Nuri’s Jakarta. And yes, we loved it too, even though some people said that Nuri’s Bali is way better than Nuri’s Jakarta. Is WAHAHA the best pork ribs in Bali? Because my dinner experience at WAHAHA was pleasant, so we’d love to come back again for the rich-flavored Pork Ribs at WAHAHA. If you happen to visit Bali, this is one of the must visits Pork Ribs restaurant in Bali. Worth trying!
