[RECIPE] Dory Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce

Just last week I bought frozen Dory at Kemchick (IDR 52K), and I got two large Dory fillets. Since I’m avoiding fried foods, so I cooked Dory Fish with Lemon Sauce, which is very simple and easy to make at home. I made this for dinner yesterday, and I’m glad to know that they all loved it! That’s why here I will share the recipe with you, and I provide step-by-step that easy to follow on the video. This recipe is for 2-3 persons.

Preparation:

  1. Clean John Dory fillets with water, then pat them until dry with a paper towel

  4. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan (I use the non-sticky pan, called “Happy Call Pan”) on medium heat
  5. Add fish fillets and cook for 2 minutes each side until golden, and tender, then move them to a serving plate
  6. To make the lemon butter sauce; heat the frying pan again on medium heat, and then melt the remaining butter
  7. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley to pan, increase heat to high, and then stir for 1 minute, until well combined

    • Hallo Tania, thank you for visiting our web. It’s easy, you can find it in the traditional market. Ke pasar2 tradisional adanya Tan, di pasar Puri, pasar Tanjung Duren, etc.. Rata2 di pasar gitu ada, kalau di supermarket memang gak jual.. πŸ™‚
