[RECIPE] Spinach on Toasted Bread with Soft Eggs

Too lazy to go out? Check this out! I’m going to share another Quick and Easy Recipe to make Spinach on Toasted Bread with Soft Eggs for you. I love the soft eggs; that’s why I came up with an idea to make my own breakfast for my lazy Sunday. Ha-ha.. It’s very simple, delicious and easy to make, just less in 15 minutes. All the ingredients are easy to get in the fresh market, except for the Garlic Bread Seasoning that I used in this recipe. But do not worry, you can replace it by giving a simple seasoning with a sprinkle of pepper and salt to taste. We loved it and we hope you love it too. Let’s cook! πŸ˜€

Spinach Toasted Bread with Soft Eggs by Mullie Myfunfoodiary

Ingredients: (for two persons)

  1. Β 4 slices traditional bread
  2. Fresh spinach as much as you want
  3. 4 large eggs
  4. 4 tbsp olive oil
  5. 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  6. 4 tbsp butter
  7. Garlic Bread Seasoning

Preparations:

  1. Spread 1 tbsp butter on each bread and drizzle with 1/4 tsp of Garlic Bread Seasoning on each bread (one side only)
  2. Heat the pan over medium heat, and place 2 tbsp olive oil. Reduce the heat to low-medium and then place the bread in the pan for 1.30 minutes on each side.
  3. Separate the bread when it’s ready.
  4. Stir-fry the spinach with 2 tbsp olive oil and chopped garlic.
  5. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Cook your favorite style of boiled egg. Cool under running water and peel.
  6. Make a stack of 2 garlic bread together. Place stir-fry spinach and soft eggs on top. Garnish with baby tomatoes and chopped parsley, or anything you like.
  7. Serve.
