[RECIPE] Chicken with Lemon and Garlic, & Potato Wedges Rosemary

I made Chicken with Lemon and Garlic + Potato Wedges Rosemary for dinner a few days ago, and here I wanted to share the easy recipe for you. I always like to cook delicious, simple and homely meals whenever I can at home. And I assure you, this recipe is quite simple and easy to follow. You only need to prepare all the ingredients and with a little effort, you’ll get tender meat, with a slightly salty and a hint of the sour taste of lemon juice. This recipe can be a healthy option if you’re also trying to avoid too many fried foods like I do. Well, you can always customize the recipe, and if you don’t like chicken breast (less fat), substitute with chicken thighs would be fine.

  5. Served immediately on warmed plates, with a slice of lemon and potato wedges. I paired it with Potato Wedges with Rosemary (see the recipe on below post).
