I also live in a humid country such as the Philippines. It’s surprising to see that they pipe it directly on the flower nail and without freezing. Do you need to freeze the flowers before lifting them again to put on the cake? I’m quite scared that it will melt and would not be as stiff to be placed on the cake. Thank you! 🙂
