Preparation:

  1. Put 12 tbsp of fresh milk (I added 5 tbsp milk more to make a thinner batter. If it seems too thick for you, add a bit more milk) and white vinegar in a mixing bowl. Mix and leave it for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and then mix well.
  3. Now, back to the mixture of milk on #1. Add one large egg + 2 tbsp of melted butter and stir it through with a spoon.
  4. Once combined, add the mixture from #3 to mixture on #2, and then whisk until smooth.
  5. Heat nonstick pan over medium heat, then coat it with 1 tbsp of butter.
  6. Once that melts, drop the batter, a spoonful at a time to the hot pan.
  7. Cook until the first side is golden brown, or until the top surface bubbles and is dotted with holes.
  8. Flip and cook until the underside is golden brown/browned.
  9. Remember to adjust the heat setting if necessary!! Peek after 30 seconds and watch carefully!
  10. Keep the pancake warm while you cook the others and fry the bacon.
  11. Place the pork bacon in the middle of two pancakes, and served them with sausage and egg.
  12. Serve immediately.
