[NEW RECIPE] Creamy Mushroom Soup with Oxone Power Blender

I’m a huge fan of mushroom soup and always wanted to make a Creamy Mushroom Soup at home. Finally, I managed to make it and in this post I want to share the easy recipe with you. Creamy Mushroom Soup is a hearty soup that has always been a favorite of mine and the whole family, also suitable for any occasion. I made it with the pure essence of mushrooms, not too thick, but it has the right consistency the way I want it. The flavor and the aroma were also tempting. Slurp, yummm….

The ingredients used are very simple and easy to get, so you can follow this recipe, too. To help me in the kitchen, I use a sophisticated cooking appliance Oxone Power Blender signature series (OX-880), which is very convenient and easy to use. Without any constraints and difficulties, I can make my own Creamy Mushroom Soup in a short time. This blender has made my life so much easier; that’s why I want to share this good news with you as well.

First, you need to prepare lots of fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic, chicken stock and cream. I used Shiitake mushrooms mixed with Enoki mushrooms, to get an intense and rich flavor in the soup. But I would like to recommend you to add some wild mushrooms to get a richer and a bold flavor of mushroom soup. The next thing I do, I just tossed everything in my Oxone Power Blender, and it all gets blended up until it gets a smooth texture. Not only blended, but this tool also cooks all ingredients until cooked. In just eight minutes, the Creamy Mushroom Soup was finished and prepared for four persons. It was the coolest blender I’ve ever used so far.
