[RECIPE] Quick and Easy Cooking with Greenfields Ricotta Cheese

So, recently we found this Greenfields Ricotta Cheese when we were doing our weekly shopping at the supermarket. Here in this post, I’m going to share with you some easy cooking recipe with Greenfields Ricotta Cheese. Yup! Sometimes we plan ahead to spend all day at home on the weekend, do not go anywhere, and take a little time to cook something for my family. Cooking is one of my hobbies, and I’m always eager to cook something different whenever I find any new product that’s available in the market. I like it that way because I can be creative and do some variation of my own home cook menus. As you may realize from the recipe section in my blog, I usually cook more of Chinese food, Western food, and Indonesian food. But due to our busy daily routines, now I prefer to cook something easy and simple while still providing delicious results for my family.

Greenfields Indonesia is one of the premium milk producers in Southeast Asia who produces fresh milk with flavors as the main product. Now they launched its newest product, Greenfields Ricotta Cheese. I know that my husband is a fan of cheese, and his mom as well, I decided to make four different dishes with this cheese. It was my first time using Ricotta Cheese to cook, but I assure you, it was very easy to try! Ricotta cheese is a fresh cheese made from cow’s milk that has a slightly rough texture. However, it’s much more subtle than the cottage cheese. If you’re a cheese lover, I bet you’ll love the Greenfields Ricotta Cheese too!
