Hey, egg lovers, how are you? Be happy! In this post, I want to share the easy recipe to make a quick and nutritious breakfast called Bread Bowl Eggs. Let’s do something to transform this simple egg into something delicious to kick-start your morning routine. This recipe is very easy for you to follow and simple to do. Ingredients: (for 4 persons)
8 eggs
8 crusty bread rolls
3 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper
Parsley and thyme
Sliced red chili

Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Slice off the top of each bread, scoop out the inside part, and leaves the sides of the roll intact.
- Brush the inside of each roll with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and if you like.. You can add thyme and parsley as well.
- Crack an egg, and then put the egg on each bread. Optional: Season with salt and pepper again (if you like).
- Add sliced chili and celery leaves as a topping on each bread.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the egg is just set.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese on top of each bread.
- Serve immediately.
Tips: If your bread is large enough, you can add assorted fillings of your choice, such as cooked sausage, sliced tomatoes, ham, etc.
