[NEW] Madeline Rose Cake Grand Launching at The Harvest Cakes

Hey ho, cake lovers! I have good news for you! As you can see from my SnapChat two days ago, The Harvest Cake has recently launched their newest cake creation, Madeline Rose Cake. As the largest European-style cake and pastry shop chain in Indonesia, The Harvest Cake now has 25 outlets and grows in both major and small cities in Indonesia since its established in 2004. It was very crowded when I arrived at The Harvest Cake Senopati where the Grand Launching of Madeline Rose cake took place.

If you were me, I believe you’ll be amazed by the variety of cakes which showcased in this event, ranging from Strawberry Petit Cup Cake, Mango Petit Cup Cake, Macaroons, Cheese Cake, Vanilla Cheese Cake, and some other cakes. It looked like a lovely dessert table, beautifully presented with colorful, and interesting ornaments. I think this would be cute for elegant sweet tables, tea parties, etc. After the welcoming speech, the cake parade, and a door prize trip to Singapore for the lucky winner of loyal customers who had collected coupon since July 2016, Lia Purnomo, as the F&B Director Mount Scopus Group (The Harvest) then shared a little background about the new Madeline Rose cake to everyone.

She explained that most people like mango and strawberry! I could not agree more with that! So, they got the idea and eventually combine both flavors which turned out to be a delightful cake that instantly makes everyone loved it since the first bite. Madeline Rose cake consists of a combination of strawberry mousse, mango mousse, and cheesecake layered with sponge cake in vanilla flavor. What makes it unique is that they also put candied strawberries, chocolate pearl white in the middle, and decorated with strawberry macaroon, banana macaroon, and white chocolate macaroon, complete with fresh mint. Rich, and moist with a combination of sweet and sour flavors together, perfect for any cake lovers!

To make Madeline Rose Cake, The Harvest Cakes using only premium ingredients such as good quality of dairy cream, cream cheese import, white chocolate coverture, mango puree imported from Italy, and local strawberries from Bandung. Although the strawberries are from local, the strawberries are cooked by a compote method to create a high-flavor of strawberry. Overall, we loved it! This is a light and moist cake that is not too sweet and tasted heavenly; you’re gonna love them! Madeline Rose cake is now available in all The Harvest stores with prices ranging from Rp. 170.000,- (size 10×20), up to Rp. 1.715.000,- (size 60×40). Satisfy your sweet tooth and cake cravings with a selection of cakes offered by The Harvest Cakes!
