We all deserve something sweet once in a while, but sometimes it requires too many ingredients that cause us to think twice and eventually even canceled to make the desired dessert. True? So, in this post, I’m gonna share with you another quick and easy recipe to make homemade desserts without the fuss in the kitchen. Oh well, you know, I love almost anything with Matcha be it tea, ice cream, cake, etc. Just recently, I’ve made experiments using Allure Green Tea Latte to make this Matcha Pudding at home.
The main reason why I chose Allure Green Tea Latte, a product by Esprecielo, because I like the light green tea taste from it. Most of the time I make a cup of hot Allure Green Tea Latte whenever I want it or to accompany me when I was working at home. With the right amount of sweetness, the combination of Matcha and milk at Allure Green Tea Latte creates soothing and relaxing effects on my body. That’s why I decided to make Matcha Pudding from it, something different for dessert. Anyway, as we all know, there are many health benefits from Matcha, say like the ability to boost our metabolism, support immune function, for weight loss, rich in antioxidants which make it good for anti-aging, etc.
If you’re a fan of Japanese desserts and look for a perfect little sweets to end a meal, try making some of these. This recipe is very easy to make, and you can serve these cold sweet treats for your family. I hope this Matcha (Green Tea) Pudding will satisfy your cravings, but if you want a more intense flavor, you can adjust the amount of green tea powder (from Allure Green Tea Latte sachet or pure matcha powder) as desired. Happy cooking!
