[NEW SPOT] Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheese Cake NOW Open in Central Park

Wooohooo! Good news hey-ho, cheesecake lovers! Be happy; now you can find Uncle Tetsu Indonesia in Lower Ground, Central Park Mall (West Jakarta)! As you can see from my InstaStories this morning, Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheese Cake – the original Japanese cake shop from Fukuoka (Japan) – just opened their first outlet today and I’m so excited to be part of it, yay! Congratulations! Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake was first launched in 1985 and now has branches in more than 11 countries, including Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Cambodia, China, Canada, and Malaysia. And now they have more than 200 shops around the world.

Not only as a well-known brand in Japan, but Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake is also known as the first to create Japanese soft cheesecake. All of the cake is freshly baked in front of us, and all the customers can see the baking process through their open kitchen. I took my first bite, and I was like.. oh my gosh.. so fluffy, and goooooood! Unlike NY Cheesecake where the flavor of cheese could be so strong in your mouth, Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake has a

mildly sweet cheese flavor, in the right amount of sweetness, and what I love about this cake is the texture: so soft, and airy, almost like a custard in sponge-cake form! But I expect to get more and the rich flavor of cheese come out when it’s freshly served out of the oven!

At the moment, Uncle Tetsu Indonesia only sells Signature Cheesecake for IDR 80K. Other famous menus like Cheese Tart and Zuccotto cake will be available in Indonesia shortly.

However, you can have the Signature Cheesecake ONLY FOR IDR 8K (normal price IDR 80K) + get a bonus Voucher IDR 30K* on the Grand Opening day – this Saturday, 08 April 2017. There will be 1200 cakes available for this special promotion. I bet people will start queuing up even before the store open on that day!

From 9-23 April 2017, you can buy the Signature Cheesecake for only IDR 50K, and get bonus Voucher IDR 30K*

So, don’t miss it, guys!
*IDR 30K voucher validity period: 24 April – 23 May 2017

TIPS:
1. Come for the cheesecake, but make sure you eat them when they’re fresh out of the oven!! So fresh, and so goooood!
2. To get a more intense cheese flavor of this cake, you can put this cheese cake in the fridge for a while.
3. The texture and flavor of the cheesecake may change after you put them in the fridge. This way, you can get more intense cheese flavor of the cake.
4. To get a mild cheese flavor, you can eat it at room temperature, and do not heat it up.
