Good news for coffee enthusiast in Bandung! Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters has finally opened their second outlet in Indonesia, yay! As you have seen through my Instastory last weekend, the 2nd branch of Toby’s Estate Indonesia is located at 23 Paskal Shopping Center, Hypersquare (Bandung) after succeeding with the first outlet at PIK Avenue (Jakarta) which was opened in late December 2016. Toby’s Estate Indonesia keeps things simple yet interesting, where customers and all coffee enthusiasts are welcome to experience first hand the beauty of manual brewing and communicate with each other.
Yes, as you know, Toby’s Estate is not a newcomer, because you can find their flagship cafes in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne along with a loyal network of over 1,000 independent cafes that exclusively serve Toby’s Estate in Australia. Set in the heart of Bandung city, Toby’s Estate Indonesia not only offers a comfy and modern ambiance to relax and get a warm drink, but also serves good food, ranging from a genuine Australian breakfast, brunch to dinner menu, with their signature of Avo on Toast (IDR 75K), Eggs Benedict Brooklyn Style (IDR 95K), Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Corn Frittata (IDR 75K), Patty Melt Burger (IDR 95K), Brioche French Toast (IDR 75K), and Toby’s Estate Signature Ricotta Pancakes. My personal favorite would be their Beef Linguine Toss (IDR 85K) with truffle mushroom and beef bacon as toppings.
Some VIP guests from artists to media, and food bloggers are also invited to join the crowd at the Grand Opening event. Mr. Alvaro gave a little demonstration to make manual brew coffee at the coffee bar, accompanied by Laura Basuki, and Dion Wiyoko, both are the raising star from a new movie Terbang Menembus Langit.
