Have you heard about Le Petit Chef Marco Polo? Yes, that’s it! The world’s smallest chef finally came to Indonesia for the first time, and start his debut in C’s Steak & Seafood Restaurant at Grand Hyatt, Jakarta. Yay! Le Petit Chef was launched in May 2015 by Skullmapping, and since then, Le Petit Chef has shaken millions of views on different social media, that’s why we’re so excited as we saw this many times on many social networks a few years ago. Starting in France, Le Petit Chef, which is only 19mm in size, has grown to 58mm and traveled the world. Now it’s time he comes to Jakarta and cooks for us, ha-ha…

We’re thankful to be given a chance to get an exclusive preview and experience the best of theatre and dining in a 2-hour immersive culinary journey following the footsteps of Marco Polo across the Silk Road yesterday at C’s Steak and Seafood, Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Featuring cutting-edge 3D visual technology and digital mapping, Le Petit Chef comes alive right at our table! The dinner stories turned out to be an unforgettable dinner that we never had before! Thank you for having us!

Along with themed music, and props, guests can enjoy an exquisite 6-course menu which is specially crafted by the Executive Sous Chef Mauro Santarelli (Grand Hyatt Jakarta). All the food was delicious, and the conductor did a great job in taking us through the journey and entertaining all of us before each course.

It’s not fine dining anymore, but it’s FUN DINING!

So many of you asked me whether it’s worth it or not? It’s worth the experience, for once in your lifetime! Our most favorite dishes among all was the appetizer Bouillabaisse parfait served with black caviar, and Butter Chicken served with 18k gold and paratha. Some people come here for a special occasion, as a birthday surprises, company occasion with personalized brand on the table, etc. Overall, it’s all unique and totally fun! You gotta try it while they’re here in Jakarta! Don’t miss it, and share this with your family, friends and colleagues.
