[RESEP] Ayam Goreng Hongkong Style – Fried Chicken

There’s no better way to serve chicken than fried, agree? But since I have a new air fryer, I made a healthy version; therefore, instead of frying, I put all the chicken into the air fryer to drain the oil and fat from the chicken. Haha… With this version, the result is garlicky flavours on the chicken, slightly crispy on the outside, while the meat itself was tender and juicy. Yuk, langsung dicobain ya! Let us know what do you think, dan share ke kita ya kalau sudah dicobain… Hope you like it!
