[RECIPE] Fried Chicken Lemon Pepper

Who doesn’t love fried chicken? I decided to make Lemon Pepper Fried Chicken, instead of making a regular or the same fried chicken again. This easy recipe is perfectly fit for everyone; kids will love it too! I never thought that lemon and pepper on chicken could be so good like this. The ending flavor is fresh, light, and vibrant. Cukup dengan mempersiapkan bahan: 1 ekor ayam, tepung serbaguna, unsalted butter, garam, dan lemon pepper seasoning. And, voila! Gampang banget deh! Disini kita pakai tepung bumbu serbaguna yang krispi gitu, supaya hasilnya bisa renyah sesuai yang kita suka. Seasoning lemon pepper combined with butter made a nice finishing touch, overall it takes only 20 minutes. Hubby and mom aja sampai nambah nasi lagi pas makan ini, apalagi kalau kalian sekeluarga suka makan ayam goreng! Recipe Lemon Pepper Fried Chicken (for 3-4 pax)

1. Cuci bersih ayam 1 ekor, potong menjadi 12 bagian (1 whole chicken, cut into pieces)

2. Campur tepung serbaguna 1 cup (128gram) + 1 tsp garam, aduk rata (combine 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp salt)

3. Masukkan ayam ke dalam tepung, balur sampai merata (dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture)

4. Goreng dengan minyak panas seperti goreng ayam biasanya (fry each chicken until golden brown)

5. Siapkan seasoning: lelehkan unsalted butter 60gram (prepare 60gram unsalted butter, melted)

6. Tambahkan 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning-nya ke dalam melted butter (add 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning to the melted butter)

7. Tiriskan ayam goreng (let chicken drain on a cooling rack with paper towels underneath)

8. Oleskan butter seasoning di setiap bagian ayam (drizzle chicken with the seasoning)

9. Beri garnish dengan parsley (let it sit for a few minutes, garnish with parsley)

10. Sajikan selagi hangat(serve and enjoy)
