Again, I’d like to share with you another new interesting Cooking Show, Taste of The Hometown<\/strong> from\u00a0WAKUWAKU JAPAN[<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>5]<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0a TV Channel from Japan<\/strong>.<\/em> Acara TASTE OF THE HOMETOWN<\/strong> episode #01 ini, menampilkan resep-resep dari seluruh bagian Jepang<\/strong> agar kita bisa memasak beragam masakan lokal spesial ala Jepang<\/strong> di dapur kita sendiri. Wow! Di<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> episode pertama<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>,\u00a0TASTE OF THE HOMETOWN<\/strong> membagikan<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a03 resep masakan khas\u00a0daerah\u00a0Okinawa, Jepang<\/strong>.\u00a0Dulu Okinawa<\/strong> dikenal sebagai Pulau dari\u00a0Kerajaan Ryukyu dan karena dekat dengan\u00a0negara Cina<\/strong>, maka masakan daerah\u00a0Okinawa Jepang<\/strong> pun sedikit banyak terpengaruh dengan citarasa Cina<\/strong>. Meskipun beriklim panas, hidangan\u00a0di\u00a0daerah\u00a0Okinawa<\/strong> ditandai dengan\u00a0rasa\u00a0dashi yang diambil dari\u00a0kombu dan\u00a0katsuo.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Dalam episode pertama acara\u00a0TASTE OF THE HOMETOWN<\/strong> ini,\u00a0mereka mengunjungi satu restoran bernama Okinawa’n di\u00a0Ebisu, Shibuya-ku<\/strong> di\u00a0Tokyo<\/strong> yang menyajikan hidangan asli Okinawa<\/strong> dan\u00a0hanya\u00a0menggunakan bahan-bahan asli\u00a0Okinawa. <\/strong>Di sini, <\/strong>Chef Kunihiko Nakamoto<\/strong>\u00a0menjelaskan bahwa hidangan\u00a0di daerah Okinawa<\/strong> biasa menggunakan\u00a0daging babi, namun para lansia cenderung menikmati tahu dan sayuran yang ditanam di\u00a0pulau setiap\u00a0hari. Sayuran lokal pun menjadi kunci utama\u00a0kelezatan masakan\u00a0di\u00a0daerah\u00a0tersebut. Setelah bincang-bincang, Chef Nakamoto <\/strong>kemudian mengajarkan resep\u00a0pertama\u00a0tentang cara membuat\u00a0Soki Soba<\/strong>. Yuk intip\u00a0cara\u00a0membuatnya!<\/p>\n Soki Soba<\/strong> mengacu pada daging iga babi yang telah direbus selama 5 jam agar dagingnya benar-benar empuk sekali. Mie di dalam kuah babinya pun hanya dibumbui ringan. Chef Nakamoto<\/strong> menjelaskan bahwa kata Soki<\/strong> itu sendiri berarti daging iga babi dengan tulang muda.
