I was so curious about the legendary<\/span><\/span> and the famous Nasi Bali \/ Nasi Campur Ayam Men Weti<\/strong>, located near to Pantai Segara<\/strong>, Sanur<\/strong>, Bali<\/strong>. And finally we visited this place a few weeks ago when we had a short vacation in Bali<\/strong>, just before Christmas 2014 to be exact. Although the location is quite far from our hotel, but our trip was worth it. This stall (small shop) is located right next to the Sanur Beach Market<\/strong>, not far from the McDonald’s Sanur branch, and we easily found it by looking at the crowd in front of the stall. Many local people and tourists come to this stall for breakfast or brunch with Nasi Campur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Search this signage, or you can ask the locals to show you when you want to visit this small shop (in Bahasa, we usually refer to it as “Warung”) Men Weti<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>Mbok<\/span><\/span> Ngah<\/strong> and Ibu Men Weti<\/strong> themselves who handle each order from the customers who waited patiently around the wooden benches and chairs around the footpath. I also waited outside the stall, taking pictures and was wondering how good this dish. After waiting for around 15 to 20 minutes, finally we got what we wanted! A portion of Nasi<\/span><\/span> Campur Ayam Men Weti<\/strong> for our Sunday breakfast (21.12.2014) and seriously, the taste was so delicious!!<\/p>\n

\"Nasi<\/a><\/p>\n

Nasi Campur Ayam Men Weti, IDR 20K - Halal\r\n<\/strong><\/pre>\n
It consists of shredded betutu chicken<\/span><\/span>, roast chicken, Balinese sate lilit<\/span><\/span>, half egg topped with hot chili, blanched cassava leaves, lawar<\/span><\/span> mix, fried peanuts and sambal matah<\/span><\/span>. I was told to order the deep-fried crispy chicken skin as well, and indeed, the chicken skin was so crispy. All combinations of sweet, salty and spicy flavors blend perfectly in this Nasi<\/span><\/span> Campur<\/strong>. We loved it so much, and we will be happy to come back for the goodness of Nasi Campur Men Weti<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

No wonder it became one of the best local dishes in Bali<\/strong>. A must-visit<\/strong> for those who travel to Bali<\/strong>. Psst<\/em>, don’t forget to be there early because you can avoid the long queues.<\/p>\n
