Right after we had lunch at OSURI Restaurant<\/strong><\/a>, we walked to the famous Aoyama Flower Market Tea House<\/strong>, which is located at the corner of Aoyama-Dori<\/strong>, Tokyo<\/strong>. You can easily find this place directly outside the Tokyo Metro Omotesando Station (Exit A5). When we stepped into Aoyama<\/strong>, we found this tea shop is so amazing. Can you imagine a tea house inside a flower shop? Well, here it is! The atmosphere inside is super lovely. It may look like a normal flower shop, but the fresh scent of flowers is so fragrant. The place also looked like a greenhouse with lots of plants over the walls. I’m going to show you more photos of Aoyama<\/strong> on this post.

We visited Aoyama Flower Market<\/strong> around 2 o’clock in the afternoon, and the place was quite full of local people. It was already crowded with many Japanese<\/strong> girls who were enjoying their tea time at Aoyama<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Although we had to wait outside for about 15 minutes for a seat, it was worth it. The whole place filled with fresh flowers and beautiful plants makes the atmosphere becomes more relaxed and romantic.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They seem to understand us very well. I think because most visitors are women, they prepare a large basket made of plastic colored in black under our table to put our stuff in there. Cool!

All the tables are transparent so visitors can enjoy the fresh flowers beneath them as well. Aoyama Flower Market<\/strong> serves a wide range of tea and some selection of Western Food. We asked for the English menu from the waiter, and decided to try Flower French Toast<\/strong>, which is one of their signature desserts. And since the Aoyama Flower Market<\/strong> is specialized in flower tea, and herbal tea, I chose the Refresh Blend<\/strong> tea for my afternoon tea.

A lightly toasted brioche served with a feast of fresh fruits, fresh cream and Vanilla Ice Cream on top. It was beautifully presented, and the French toast tasted like custard with a slightly crispy outer layer and balanced texture. It tasted a bit sweet, but perfectly match with the herbal tea that I ordered. We loved it! Highly recommended!<\/p>\n

Refresh Blend Herbal Tea, \u00a5<\/cite>810 nett<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/pre>\n
Blend of 5 different herbs; Rosemary, Lemongrass, Lemon balm, Spearmint, and Pineapple mint. It was presented in a transparent teapot with a small jar of honey added. Indeed, it was an interesting blend, unique and quite refreshing to accompany my dessert that afternoon.<\/p>\n

All the small details in Aoyama Flower Market<\/strong> made us want to stay a little longer, and I think this is the perfect place for a date. It was indeed a refreshing experience for both of us, and I will never forget this. It’s such a romantic place to enjoy tea time, rejuvenate the mind and soul.

Make sure you visit this little gem, Aoyama Flower Market<\/strong> when you’re in Tokyo<\/strong>, Japan<\/strong>, especially when you’re around Omotesando<\/strong>. Highly recommended and we will return one day when we have another chance to visit Japan. <\/strong>Thank you, God, for making a wonderful trip for us last year!
