Yuhuuu! I have good news for all coffee lovers out there! There’s a coffee shop that recently opened, Fillmore Coffee<\/strong>, lies hidden in a complex of buildings in Karet Kuningan<\/strong> area. This hidden gem is actually located inside Suites at Seven<\/strong>, Karet area in South Jakarta<\/strong>, which makes getting there a bit tricky but you can easily find them in the ‘Waze’ like we did. They have been open for 12 days when I visited this place a few days ago. For that afternoon, we opted to try Avogatto (IDR 38K)<\/strong> and a cup of Honey Latte (IDR 40K)<\/strong>. I will get Vanilla Ice Cream when I order Affogato, but for Avogatto<\/strong>, they gave me the smooth\u00a0Avocado Ice Cream<\/strong> which is homemade with tiny bits of avocado fruit in it.\u00a0It tasted great with a shot of hot espresso poured over it. I also tried something different on the menu, but it turned out the Honey Latte<\/strong> was too sweet for me, so I let my husband finish it. Ha-ha..<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”justified” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” text_font=”Open Sans||||” custom_padding=”0px||0px|”]<\/p>\n What I liked more about this coffee shop is not only the homey ambiance but the soothing ambient music that being played and when the sun streams in through the windows, and I sat looking out onto the street, it made me more focus when I was working on my laptop.\u00a0This is the place to go for friendly service and finding pleasure in the cup of coffee with the Colombia and Ethiopia blends<\/strong> which they have. And after 2 hours passed, my stomach looked for something savory, but unfortunately, they don’t have any savory food at the moment, so I decided to try the Poached Berry (IDR 25K)<\/strong>, which tasted good, and not overly sweet with some berries on top. Overall, it was a nice coffee time for both of us at Fillmore Coffee<\/strong>.
