It was really fun to be able to travel abroad even though it was only a short getaway! Not long ago (just last week), we had returned from a trip Jakarta – Kuala Lumpur – Bangkok – Jakarta together with our foodie friend, Hans Danial. Anyway, this post has been stay long in the draft, so I wanted to finalize the story and share it with you. In this post, I only share the story of our culinary trip when we were in Kuala Lumpur on day 1. It was a short day, as we arrived in KL around 12 pm after we picked up our baggage from KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport). But as you can see from my SnapChat account (Follow me: Myfunfoodiary), we managed to visit a few places to eat in a day. Yay! Some of the places that we visited in KL are based on the recommendations that we receive through our social media accounts. Thank you dear readers and our followers for the recommendation, we are thankful to have you support us! So, these are the places to eat in Kuala Lumpur which I summarize into one article for your references, and I hope this post can inspire you if you want to make a short trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Located in the same area as KL Central Station, we decided to visit Brickfields Pisang Goreng Mr. Chiam. This place is known as the famous banana fritters for locals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Just 5-minutes walk from KL Central Station; we easily see their food stall which is located opposite the YMCA, and we saw a lot of people queuing there. We bought three pieces of banana fritters (1.30RM each), and we absolutely liked it! The banana was so crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. What makes it special is because they only use the King Bananas (Pisang Raja). Pssst, before we left for Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok, we visited this stall again and bought the banana fritters again! Ha-ha..
