I took my first bite, and I was like.. oh my gosh.. so fluffy, and goooooood! mildly sweet cheese flavor, in the right amount of sweetness, and what I love about this cake is the texture: so soft, and airy, almost like a custard in sponge-cake form! But I expect to get more and the rich flavor of cheese come out when it’s freshly served out of the oven!<\/p>\n
