As you can see yesterday, we’re aired on Iron Chef Indonesia 4th Episode<\/strong> on Sunday, April 30, 2017, on RCTI<\/strong>. We feel honored to participate in this great opportunity provided by RCTI,<\/strong> and we want to thank you again, for choosing us to be a Guest Judge<\/strong> for this fine cooking competition.The original \u201cIron Chef” debuted in Japan in 1993<\/strong> and is one of the most popular food shows in history which is part of the cooking show and reality TV. As usual, the chairman will introduce the Secret Ingredients challenge<\/strong>, and both chefs were challenged to cook four different dishes within 1 hour<\/strong>. Of course, they have to improvise, and the secret ingredients must be present in each dish. I’ve met Chef Chris Salans<\/strong> a few times, and he’s a well known Celebrity Chef<\/strong> who also owns the Mozaic Restaurant in Bali, which voted among the 50 Best Restaurant in Asia 2013. And although he is an American born, and French raised, he’s actually very fluent in speaking Bahasa Indonesia, and you know what? He always uses Indonesian spices and maximizes them in all of his dishes.
