Located in the heart of Siam<\/strong>, Fuku InTown Restaurant<\/strong> apparently has two outlets in Siam Square Soi 3 (2nd floor of Digital Gateway)<\/strong>, but we visited the branch right next to the Arcova Korean Lifestyle Store<\/strong>. As you can see from our Insta Stories, and the pictures below, Fuku InTown<\/strong> is a Japanese restaurant serving premium buffet where Salmon is the main dish<\/strong>, and it’s only 599++ baht per person (cold soda or ocha is included)<\/strong>. Ha-ha.. But again, we have to order wisely, and finish all the food; otherwise, they will charge a penalty fee for the leftover food (about 20baht per piece)<\/strong> as stated in the order form. So, we decided to order the signature salmon No. 38 Duo Duplex<\/strong>, and several others which is stated as Top Rated<\/strong> such as 3 set of Salmon Sashimi<\/strong>, 1 set of Salmon Toro<\/strong>, 1 set of Salmon Saikyo Nigiri Raw<\/strong>, 1 set of Salmon Foie Gras<\/strong>, and 1 set of Blossom Alpha<\/strong>. It turned out that Duo Duplex<\/strong> consisted of 50 pieces of sushi, which include the Aussie Roll<\/strong>, Salmon Saikyo Nigiri Burn<\/strong>, etc. The presentation was so lovely and most importantly, the quality of the salmon itself. The fish was fresh, very full bodied and a thick cut of salmon indeed made us satisfied.
