Have you ever thought of posing and playing with a Raccoon in your life? If you wish so, Blind Alley Cafe is the place to go to. Guess what, we just did! As you have seen through our Instastory and Instagram feed #myfunfoodiaryKorea, we decided to go to Blind Alley Cafe in Seoul (Korea) rather than visiting the regular character-themed cafe. There are lots of cat-themed cafes available in Seoul, but Blind Alley Cafe chose to be unique! This cafe is located near Sookmyung Women’s University, and it’s easy to find this place, it’s all on the map.

I was quite surprised but pleased when I met Cookie, the cute and chubby Welsh Corgi at Blind Alley Cafe as well. Apparently, Blind Alley Cafe has three Raccoons, one Corgi, and one Capybara! These adorable pets have stolen the hearts of many locals and foreigners, including us! But, to play with them, we had to pay an admission fee of 6,000 Won (equal to IDR 75K) per person. It was quite expensive as this fee is not included with a free drink or free food. After we paid the fee, the guy handed out a different menu where the price is all discounted. So, yes, we ordered Bagel Sandwich, and Hazelnut Latte for a quick brunch on the 3rd day in Seoul, Korea.

Can you see that? Cookie was watching for us while we’re eating! Ha-ha.. The Bagel Sandwich was simple, but it’s more satisfying than the sandwiches from mini-marts. While the Hazelnut Latte, it tasted like a regular latte but comes with a hazelnut flavor in it, both of them was simply nice!

After we finished eating, we are welcome to enter the ‘raccoons’ room. The room was clean, and the other customers were there too. One of the staff handed some feed to us and taught us to say “즈세요 ~juseyo” which means, “please give me..”. Ha-ha… I was so excited when I say that, the white female Raccoon, Crema, begging and then grab the food from my palm.

Overall, it was a fun and unique experience in our life. All the raccoons, including Cookie, the fat corgi, were very entertaining! Where else can you enjoy a cup of warm coffee set in a cozy ambiance, interact with the Raccoons, and seeing Cookie, roaming around the room?
