If you travel to Bangkok (Thailand), do not miss to try the famous Chicken Rice eateries; Kuang Heng Chicken Rice and Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice, both located just opposite the Palladium World Shopping Mall. To reach this restaurant, you have to cross the wide road, and see for the green signage as shown in the picture below. We came here because that night when we tried Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice (the pink shop), some of my followers sent me a direct message through Instagram and told me to try the Green Shop (Kuang Heng Chicken Rice), which is located just a few blocks from Go-Ang Chicken Rice.

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_image admin_label=”Image” src=”http://myfunfoodiary.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Exterior-Look-of-Kuang-Heng-Chicken-Rice-at-Bangkok-Thailand-by-Myfunfoodiary.jpg” show_in_lightbox=”off” url_new_window=”off” use_overlay=”off” animation=”off” sticky=”off” align=”left” force_fullwidth=”off” always_center_on_mobile=”on” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” title_text=”Exterior Look of Kuang Heng Chicken Rice at Bangkok Thailand by Myfunfoodiary”]

[/et_pb_image][et_pb_image admin_label=”Image” src=”http://myfunfoodiary.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Seating-area-of-Kuang-Heng-Chicken-Rice-at-Bangkok-Thailand-by-Myfunfoodiary.jpg” show_in_lightbox=”off” url_new_window=”off” use_overlay=”off” animation=”off” sticky=”off” align=”left” force_fullwidth=”off” always_center_on_mobile=”on” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” title_text=”Seating area of Kuang Heng Chicken Rice at Bangkok Thailand by Myfunfoodiary”]

[/et_pb_image][et_pb_text admin_label=”Text” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”justified” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” text_font=”Open Sans||||”]

KUANG HENG CHICKEN RICE

Kuang Heng Chicken Rice has been open since 1934, and since then they’re famous because of its chicken rice and satay. The seating area is small, but the serving time is quite fast. Lucky us, there was no queue that afternoon. The menu is pretty simple, and of course, we tried their signature dishes and drinks, and the experience made us return to this place for a few days during our stay in Bangkok, Thailand.
