Seiring perkembangan zaman, apalagi dengan adanya teknologi digital dan penawaran menarik melalui banyak aplikasi canggih yang menawarkan diskon di sana-sini, tentulah membuat orang jadi lebih sering menghabiskan banyak waktu di luar, tidak lagi masak di rumah untuk keluarga. Padahal, terlalu sering menyantap makanan di luar tidak baik untuk kesehatan, dikarenakan asupan gula dan lemak yang tidak sehat jadi meningkat.<\/p>\n

Yuk, ita masak-masak lagi dan kali ini, aku ingin membagikan resep untuk membuat Bento Box lucu, bekal asik untuk buah hati yang berisi 4 sehat 5 sempurna, lengkap dengan dessertnya. Seperti yang terlihat pada foto, aku akan membagikan resep membuat Kyaraben (bekal berupa character bento, merupakan salah satu yang paling populer di Jepang) berbentuk Mickey Mouse yang menggemaskan. Proses membuatnya mudah dan sudah pasti instagramable; Bukan hanya anak-anak, dijamin orang dewasa pun akan lahap menyantap nasi bekal ala Jepang seperti ini, apalagi dengan menu main coursenya berupa Salted Egg Chicken dan Beef Sausage berwajah happy seperti yang terlihat di foto. Berikut adalah Resep Praktis membuat Bekal Asik Inaco berupa Kyaraben Character Bento ala Jepang untuk si Buah Hati<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Bahan Kyaraben Bento ala Jepang:<\/span><\/strong>
\n– nasi Jepang atau bisa diganti dengan nasi putih biasa
\n– sosis sapi berwarna merah
\n– Inaco Pudding dan Inaco Jelly untuk dessert
\n– sayur brokoli
\n– sayur selada
\n– tomat cherries
\n– rumput laut kering (NORI) berbentuk lebar
\n– pinset dan gunting <\/p>\n

Bahan Membuat Salted Egg Chicken (Ayam Goreng Telur Asin):<\/span><\/strong>
\n– 1 sachet tepung bumbu serbaguna
\n– 3 atau 4 butir telur asin matang
\n– 3 sdm mentega
\n– 1\/2 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk
\n– 1 sdm gula pasir
\n– cabe merah
\n– daun kari (bila tidak ada, dapat diganti dengan daun jeruk)<\/p>\n

Cara Memasak Ayam Goreng Saus Telur Asin (Salted Egg Chicken): <\/span><\/strong>
\n1. Siapkan 1 ekor ayam yang telah dicuci bersih dan dipotong-potong menjadi bagian kecil sesuai selera.<\/p>\n

2. Siapkan tepung bumbu serbaguna, bagi ke dalam dua wadah. Satu bagian dibuat menjadi adonan tepung basah, dan sisa tepung yang kering untuk lapisan kedua.<\/p>\n

3. Celupkan semua daging ayam ke dalam adonan tepung basah, kemudian pindahkan dan balur di atas tepung bumbu serbaguna yang kering.<\/p>\n

4. Goreng semua ayam yang telah dibumbui, masak hingga matang, lalu tiriskan.<\/p>\n

5. Belah telur asin yang sudah matang, ambil kuning telurnya saja, dan hancurkan dengan menggunakan sendok.<\/p>\n

6. Panaskan wajan anti lengket dengan api sedang, masukkan mentega.<\/p>\n

7. Tambahkan kuning telur asin yang telah dihancurkan, dan masak sampai berbuih.<\/p>\n

8. Masukkan daging ayam goreng sambil aduk rata + tambahkan kaldu ayam bubuk + gula pasir secukupnya (sesuaikan dengan selera masing-masing) + irisan cabe merah + daun jeruk.<\/p>\n

9. Campur semua sampai merata, icip rasa (adjust sesuai selera)<\/p>\n

10. Angkat dan sajikan.<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Kyaraben Character Bento Mickey Mouse di rumah:<\/span><\/strong>
\n1. Kepal nasi agar berbentuk bola seukuran kepala Mickey atau Minnie Mouse yang diinginkan
