Bahan yang dibutuhkan:<\/strong><\/p>\n– 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis<\/p>\n
– 1 batang sereh, memarkan<\/p>\n
– 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan<\/p>\n
– gula jawa<\/p>\n
– 3 lembar daun salam<\/p>\n
– 4 buah cabe hijau, iris tipis serong<\/p>\n
– 200 gram udang, buang ekor dan kulit<\/p>\n
– tahu putih kotak atau tahu jepang, goreng terlebih dahulu<\/p>\n
– 1 buah tomat, potong menjadi beberapa bagian<\/p>\n
– 1 papan pete, belah dua<\/p>\n
– 1 sdm tauco medan<\/p>\n
– kecap manis<\/p>\n

Cara memasak Udang Tahu Tauco Medan:<\/strong><\/p>\n1. Tumis semua bahan tumisan: bawang putih, sereh, lengkuas, daun salam, dan cabe hijau <\/p>\n
2. Bila sudah tercium harum, tambahkan 1 sdm tauco medan, tumis sebentar sampai wangi<\/p>\n
3. Tambahkan air mineral 1 gelas (200ml) didihkan<\/p>\n
4. Masukkan gula jawa + kecap manis sedikit<\/p>\n
5. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan semua bahan topping: udang, tahu, tomat, dan pete<\/p>\n
6. Biarkan selama 5 menit, icip rasa (adjust sesuai selera)<\/p>\n
7. Angkat dan sajikan<\/p>\n
