Recipe Hong Kong style Fried Chicken (for 3-4 pax):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

Bahan yang dibutuhkan:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 ekor ayam negeri utuh, bersihkan<\/p>\n

Bumbu untuk marinasi:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 sdm jahe yang sudah dihaluskan <\/p>\n

– 2 sdm bawang putih yang sudah dihaluskan<\/p>\n

– 3 sdm angciu (arak masak)<\/p>\n

– 2 sdm kecap asin<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Bumbu untuk tumisan (versi agak basah\/berkuah):<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 5 sdm minyak kelapa<\/p>\n

– 4 sdm minyak wijen<\/p>\n

– 50ml air putih<\/p>\n

– kaldu ayam bubuk + garam dan gula pasir secukupnya<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Bumbu untuk tumisan (versi kering)<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 2 sdm minyak kelapa<\/p>\n

– 2 sdm minyak wijen<\/p>\n

– 2 sdm sisa bumbu marinasi<\/p>\n

Cara membuat Ayam Goreng Hong Kong style (Fried Chicken Hongkong Style):<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Siapkan ayam negeri utuh, cuci bersih, dan potong menjadi 8-12 bagian sesuai keinginan<\/p>\n

2. Masukkan ayam yang sudah dipotong ke dalam mangkuk<\/p>\n

tambahkan bahan marinasi: jahe, bawang putih, arak masak dan kecap asin<\/p>\n

3. Diamkan ayam yang sudah direndam selama kurang lebih 30 menit – 1 jam di kulkas<\/p>\n

4. Setelah dimarinasi, simpan bumbu rendaman (akan dipakai nanti sebagai tumisan)<\/p>\n

5. Goreng ayam dengan minyak panas banyak<\/p>\n

(alternative: masukkan ayam ke air fryer, masak selama 10-15 menit dengan suhu 180derajat)<\/p>\n

6. Bila ayam sudah digoreng dan matang, tiriskan<\/p>\n

7. Tumis bawang putih di wajan anti lengket<\/p>\n

8. Masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi, beri siraman minyak wijen + minyak kelapa, aduk rata<\/p>\n

9. Beri siraman dengan sisa bumbu marinasi tadi (point nomor 4 diatas) + kecap asin + arak masak<\/p>\n

10. Adjust rasa (beri garam dan gula pasir secukupnya), kemudian angkat dan sajikan<\/p>\n
