Kuah supnya berlimpah gitu dan terasa ginsengnya… Tapi, berhubung kondisinya sekarang masih pandemi Covid-19 begini, ya kan, kita semua sulit untuk travel lagi dengan pesawat. Jadinya, kita pun memutuskan untuk bikin sendiri Samgyetang Chicken<\/strong> di rumah… Kandungan herbal di dalam masakan ini bener-bener bagus buat nambah stamina tubuh kita lho, apalagi dalam masa pandemi covid seperti sekarang ini. Recipe Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup – Samgyetang<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p>\n

1. Cuci bersih ayam 1 ekor (bisa gunakan ayam kampung, lebih sehat, biarkan utuh) (1 whole young chicken)<\/p>\n

2. Isi bagian perut ayam yang sudah dibersihkan dengan beras ketan secukupnya + 2-3 siung bawang putih \/ Stuff the cavity with the sweet rice (glutinous rice) and a couple of garlic cloves, leaving room (about 1\/4 of the cavity) for the rice to expand as it cooks.<\/p>\n

3. Agar beras dan yang lain tidak keluar dari dalam perut saat direbus, tutup bagian perut dengan tusuk gigi (to keep the rice inside the cavity while being cooked, tightly close the cavity with a toothpick)<\/p>\n

4. Rebus ayam dalam pot, pastikan ayam terendam semu dengan air \/ kaldu ayam in a medium size pot, place the chicken and add water\/chicken stock to cover most of the chicken)<\/p>\n

5. Masukkan bawang bombay + bawang putih + jahe + ginseng ke dalam pot (add onion, garlic, ginger, jujubes, and ginseng)<\/p>\n

6. Masak ayam hingga mendidih selama 15 menit, kemudian kecilkan api ke medium low, tutup panci dan rebus selama 25 menit lagi (bring it to a boil over medium high heat, cover, boil for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium low and boil, covered, for about 25 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken)<\/p>\n

7. Adjust rasa, beri tambahkan kaldu ayam dan ekstrak Red Ginseng agar lebih terasa ginseng pada kuahnya (add some chicken stock and Red Ginseng extracts to give more flavor to the soup)<\/p>\n

8. Bila sudah matang, matikan api, dan biarkan ayam di dalam pot selama 10 menit (turn the heat off and rest the chicken in the pot for about 10 minutes) <\/p>\n

9. Sajikan dengan garnish daun bawang (garnish with leek)<\/p>\n

10. Sajikan selagi hangat (serve and enjoy) <\/p>\n
