Paradise Inn <\/strong>yang terkenal dengan ragam masakan Chinese Cantonese<\/strong> (Kanton<\/strong><\/em>) telah membuka cabang baru di Baywalk Mall, Pluit.<\/strong> Aku pun mendapat kesempatan untuk memeriahkan acara Grand Opening<\/strong> yang mereka adakan pada Senin lalu, tanggal 02 Desember 2013. Konsep restoran yang berupa sebuah penginapan Cina tradisional dengan aksen kayu pada keseluruhan dekornya membuat suasana makan berkesan oriental kontemporer dan terasa hangat. Alunan musik yang tenang membuat siapapun yang berkunjung akan merasa betah. Area restorannya cukup luas seperti pada cabang lainnya, bahkan beberapa ruangan VIP pun disediakan bagi pengunjung yang ingin privasi lebih saat menikmati makanan.<\/p>\n

It’s very thin, light, crispy and so addictive ’til I can’t stop eating this. Recommended!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

It’s my favorite dish every time I visit <\/em>Paradise Inn. <\/em><\/strong>They made their own tofu; that’s why the tofu is really soft and smooth. It’s crispy on the outside, but hot and soft on the inside.\u00a0<\/em>Ukuran tahunya cukup besar, <\/strong>disajikan di atas wadah hot plate<\/em> dengan lapisan telur di bagian bawah tahu, diberi “cai xin” dan saus kecoklatan berisi daging babi cincang berlimpah yang terasa pedas gurih, sedikit asin, namun akan pas ketika dimakan bersama dengan nasi putih, nikmat sekali! Must try!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Seporsi bagian paha ayam disajikan dengan honey and young ginger sauce.<\/em> Lapisan tepung luarnya begitu garing dan terasa gurih manis sedikit pedas. Simple and delicious! Recommended!<\/em><\/p>\n

Ini pun merupakan menu favorit yang sering aku pesan di Paradise Inn<\/strong>. Perpaduan sayuran bayam dengan kombinasi 3 telur, yaitu telur ayam, telur phitan dan telur asin dengan sedikit daging babi cincang di dalamnya. Rasa kuahnya jadi terasa gurih asin, enak sekali dengan tekstur kuah yang tidak terlalu encer, pun tidak terlalu kental. Recommended!<\/em><\/p>\n

Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Spare Ribs and Ginseng, IDR 158K per Pot<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paradise Inn<\/strong> also have different kinds of double-boiled soups, which brewed for at least 8 hours each. All soups come in their own individual small pots and serve about 4 people or so. It is served with a heat, so the soup stays warm throughout the meal!\u00a0I savoured every bit of it because it comes in normal Chinese herbal soup which mom usually cooked for me. This soup has the functions to nourishes and stimulates physical vigour and strengthens internal organs. Recommended!<\/em>

Double-boiled Spare Ribs with Pumpkin and Dried Oysters Soup, IDR 158K<\/strong><\/p>\n

Another kind of traditional Double-boiled soup that I had is this one. It’s not too oily, fresh and cooked with fresh ingredients, same like the one I had above. This one has the functions to clear phlegm and detoxifies the body, definitely good for your health. Simply unforgettable!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Coconut Pudding, IDR 42K<\/strong><\/p>\n

Paradise Inn<\/strong> use the real Thai coconut, so it gives a very special taste, high in flavor, texture and taste. Definitely healthy and yummy!<\/em><\/p>\n

Though the prices are slightly higher than other chinese restaurants, but you pay for what you get and it’s definitely worth it!<\/em> Paradise Inn<\/strong> is one of the best Chinese restaurants; their food is delicious, and I’m absolutely in love with everything. The staffs are very friendly, and I definitely recommend <\/em>Paradise Inn<\/strong> for a casual dinner with friends or families, any day of the week.
