Hi friends, this time I want to share a recipe<\/strong> on how to make a Strawberry and Coffee Panna Cotta<\/strong> which I have made a few days ago at home. I’ve been several times make Panna Cotta<\/strong> with the same recipe but this time with a little more interesting presentation than before… \ud83d\ude00 I am very grateful to learn first-hand how to make a delightful Panna Cotta<\/strong> in one cooking class session (limited invitations) with a Chef from Bakerzin Restaurant<\/strong> last year. From this cooking class session, I realized that the way to make Panna Cotta<\/strong> is so easy, and then I became often make them by myself at home.\u00a0A simple recipe, but the results are delicious and addictive! <\/strong>Now is the time for you to try it.. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\u00a0\"Coffee<\/a><\/p>\n

Cooking Level : Easy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preparation : 5-10 minutes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Servings : 4 cups\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. 200ml thick cream<\/strong> (I usually use Elle & Vire Cooking Cream 20oz or 200ml)<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. 200ml Fresh Milk<\/strong> (I usually use Greenfields Fresh Milk)<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. 3 table spoon caster Sugar<\/strong> or any other Sugar with fine quality<\/li>\n
  4. one Vanilla Bean<\/strong>, split, seeds scraped<\/li>\n
  5. 1,5\u00a0tsp Powdered Gelatine<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. one sachet of your favorite instant Coffee<\/strong> or any coffee that you like (to make the Coffee version)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. fresh Strawberries (to make the Strawberry version)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. 200ml Strawberry Milk\u00a0(to make the Strawberry version)<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cooking Method for Coffee Panna Cotta :
    \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Place the whipped cream in a saucepan\u00a0with 200 ml of Fresh Milk and add 3 tablespoons of sugar, then mix everything.<\/li>\n
    2. Cook over low heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Bring to a gentle boil, then turn off heat.<\/li>\n
    3. Add the Vanilla Seeds from the Vanilla Bean.<\/li>\n
    4. Add 2 tablespoons of ground Coffee, then mix everything. Heat until boiling. Turn off heat.<\/li>\n
    5. Place the mixture into a small bowl, and place in a pan of cold water. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n
    6. Add to the warm cream mixture, 1,5 teaspoons Powdered Gelatine and quickly stir until gelatin dissolves.<\/li>\n
    7. Allow the cream mixture at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.<\/li>\n
    8. After Panna Cotta texture has been set, then we can decorate some coffee beans on it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Cooking Method for Strawberry Panna Cotta :<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Follow all the same step from step 1 until step 8 above, but this time you have to use Fresh Strawberry Milk instead of regular Fresh Milk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
