Anyone will be impressed with this lip-smacking dish from the executive chef of Keraton at The Plaza, Chef Rafael Fernandes. The presentation is beautiful and also the taste; mouthwatering, and, quite likely, this will be one of the best Australian Beef Ribs on the grill you’ve ever tried. The ribs were marinated for more than 8 hours, no wonder it’s so flavorful, tender and juicy. It’s also served with Buntut Fried Rice which cooked together with the juices from the oxtail itself; tasty and we loved it so much!

Another highlight for a special dish Dining of the Star made by Chef Rafael was this Roasted Australian Lamb Loin. I was so delighted when this dish is served in Indonesian style; with sambal kecap, lontong, and some pickles which added an interesting flavor to it! The lamb loin tasted absolutely tender and fantastic, especially with a little spicy kick from the sauce. Once you try this, you will certainly be coming back to try something else.
Overall, I’ve got nothing more to say! I was so happy how Chef Rafael can bring the flavors of Indonesia to both special dishes using the Australian Lamb and Beef. Both types of meat were well seasoned and cooked to perfection, prompt and professional service.
