Bakso Jawir : Bakso Sapi Homemade Enak Murmer

Nah, ini dia satu spot tempat makan bakso yang gak boleh dilewatkan, Bakso Jawir namanya. Cabang Bakso Jawir ternyata juga sudah banyak sekali tapi mayoritas di wilayah barat dan serpong untuk saat ini. Meskipun tempatnya hanya berupa rumah makan sederhana, tanpa AC dan tanpa dekorasi neko2, yang datang ke sini ramenya bukan main, dan dari berbagai kalangan.

 

Bakso yang wajib dipesan disini, adalah Bakso Special Dagingnya. Bakso Daging yg terkenal enaknya di Jawir ini suka cepet habis, apalagi kalau dtgnya sudah kemaleman. Oya, semua bakso sapi di Bakso Jawir ini homemade, dan di dalam seporsi mangkok ini, kita dpt 1 bakso sapi yg super besar isi daging2 sapi cincang di tengah baksonya + 3 bakso sapi kecil ukuran standard, disajikan lengkap dgn bihun yg sudah kita pilih (Bisa pilih, dengan Mie Kuning atau Bihun sebagai pelengkapnya). Bakso sapinya lembut & enaaaak banget! Kenyal dan kuahnya pun gurih sekali. Apalagi kasi tambahan bawang goreng & cabe, makin nikmat!

Kalau yang tidak suka dengan bakso ukuran super besar begitu, boleh juga pesen bakso sapi yang biasa. Seporsi bakso yang biasa ini, dapat sekitar 6-7 pcs bakso. Baksonya ukurannya pun lumayan gede dibandingkan kalau kita makan di tempat makan bakso lainnya. Tekstur baksonya juga enak, kenyal2 gtu dan empuk saat digigit. Ditambah lagi kuah yang gurih, nikmat banget dimakan apalagi selagi kuah masih hangat2 gitu. Biar lebih enak lagi, tambahin kecap manis, sambal dan perasan jeruk limaunya, So yummy! Hrg memang murah seporsinya antara 13ribu-15ribu, murah meriah, enaaaak dan kenyaaang! 🙂
