Australian Beef Tenderloin, IDR 630K++ normal price
(IDR 325K++ for all Danamon credit cards and debit cards holder)

When it’s time to taste the meat, I was like, wow! They use Australian Mulwarra meat which is quality beef sourced from accredited feedlots in Australia. This Australian Grass-fed Beef Tenderloin baked in puff pastry, served with truffled sweet potato mush, spring vegetables, and red wine reduction sauce. As expected, the beef was very tender, and with all the combinations, it tasted awesomely delicious!

Australian Mulwarra Lamb Rack, IDR 450K++
(IDR 225K++ for all Danamon credit cards and debit cards holder)

Another awesome dish served: Australian Mulwarra Lamb Rack. Although this lamb rack may look the same as the others, the Australian Lamb Rack was juicier and tastier than the regular lamb we’ve ever tasted. Mouthwatering pink rosy lamb meat, covered with delicious herb crusted, served with crushed white beans, and ratatouille. The succulent combination of the lamb and the ratatouille made it an unforgettable experience! A must try when you visit C’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta.

Overall, it was a great experience with Australian Grass-fed Beef and Lamb dishes. It’s a good thing to know that Australian Beef is naturally low in fat and cholesterol while offering a high level of Omega 3 fatty acids known to lower blood pressure, we can enjoy it so much without feeling guilty! So, what are you waiting for? Hurry and visit C’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant, and enjoy 50% discount for both special dishes for all Danamon credit cards and debit cards holder until December 31, 2018. Thank you for reading!
