Pasola Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is part of that, yay!

Located on the sixth floor of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta – Pacific Place, PASOLA is an all-day dining restaurant featuring International cuisines that celebrate the local farmers and food artisans of Indonesia. After we entered the restaurant, we saw a delicious array in the buffet area, which is available for breakfast lunch and dinner, also available with an a la carte option. For starters, Beef Rendang Arancini is one of the signature appetizers that you don’t want to miss when you visit Pasola! The Lobster Spring Roll turned out to be everyone’s favorite too. I can say this is an elegant version of regular spring rolls because they made this using fresh lobster from Lombok and served with crispy homemade Carrot Chips. The thinly sliced beef tongue tasted good even though the balado sauce wasn’t too spicy.

Now for the main course, here it is, the Australian Angus Beef Tenderloin at Pasola Restaurant. The finest and popular cut of the Australian Angus Beef resulting a tender and juicy cut that no one can resist. The steak which was exclusively created by the starred Chef, Chef Sean Macdougall, paired well with Turmeric Caramelised Shallots, Beetroot Puree, Sambal Potatoes and Australian Lamb Rack, Kemiri Parsley Crust, Sambal Kemukus, Charcoal Roasted New Potatoes; – a real winner!

Overall, it was one of the best dining experience in J-town. Amazing place, amazing food, and amazing service, not to forget, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
