I believe nothing can hold back the mouthwatering of this fragrant, and juicy Grilled Australian Tomahawk. When it comes to quality steak, the Australian grass-fed Beef is always the best choice! We’re impressed by the size of this steak, because Tomahawk is a bone on ribeye with extra bone added for visual effect, and the portion is great for sharing up to 4 persons. I enjoyed the smoky aroma, juicy and thick meat that was awesomely delicious. It’s best enjoyed with Potato gratin, truss tomato and red wine sauce. Highly recommended!

Australian Wagyu Beef Bolar Blade Bulgogi, IDR 198K

Even simple bulgogi rice can be so good at Rasa Restaurant, thanks to the quality of premium Australian Wagyu Beef as the topping. With a Korean twist, we enjoyed the sweet, and smoky flavor from the marinated wagyu beef; it tasted slightly sweet and salty. They used steamed Japanese rice for this dish and not to mention, the quail eggs, spring onion, and sesame seed on top was a nice addition. It’s not fancy, but we loved it!

It was a busy day, but the service and food were amazing. We enjoyed everything because all steaks was delicious, and flavored well, and would highly recommend it if you’re a steak addict too!
