[RESEP] Udang Tahu Tauco Medan

Siapa yang lagi mencari inspirasi masak, melipir yuk ke sini! Kali ini aku akan share lagi resep mudah memasak Udang Tahu Tauco Medan. Sesuai namanya, masakan ini memang khas Medan banget, terlihat jelas dari penggunaan bahan utama yaitu tauco Medan; sesuai dengan nama resepnya juga. Sebetulnya resep ini aku boleh belajar dari mama mertua yang seringkali memasak masakan ini untuk anak-anak di rumah. Aroma dan rasanya khas banget, bikin nafsu makan jadi bertambah meskipun hanya dipasangkan dengan nasi putih hangat dan sayuran hijau sebagai pelengkapnya. Setelah belajar dari Mama Mery (hubby’s mom), aku pun mulai mempraktekkan membuat masakan ini sendiri di dapur. Lumayan juga, selain menambah ilmu, resep ini langsung jadi resep favorit andalan keluarga! Proses membuatnya juga ternyata gampang banget loh! Bagi teman-teman yang ingin masak makanan kuliner Medan, sehat (bukan goreng-gorengan), dan murah meriah, dicobain yuk!

Recipe Udang Tahu Tauco Medan (for 3 pax)

Bahan yang dibutuhkan:

– 2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis

– 1 batang sereh, memarkan

– 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan

– gula jawa

– 3 lembar daun salam

– 4 buah cabe hijau, iris tipis serong

– 200 gram udang, buang ekor dan kulit

– tahu putih kotak atau tahu jepang, goreng terlebih dahulu

– 1 buah tomat, potong menjadi beberapa bagian

– 1 papan pete, belah dua

– 1 sdm tauco medan

– kecap manis

Cara memasak Udang Tahu Tauco Medan:

1. Tumis semua bahan tumisan: bawang putih, sereh, lengkuas, daun salam, dan cabe hijau

2. Bila sudah tercium harum, tambahkan 1 sdm tauco medan, tumis sebentar sampai wangi

3. Tambahkan air mineral 1 gelas (200ml) didihkan

4. Masukkan gula jawa + kecap manis sedikit

5. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan semua bahan topping: udang, tahu, tomat, dan pete

6. Biarkan selama 5 menit, icip rasa (adjust sesuai selera)

7. Angkat dan sajikan
